How do I reserve a date?

Reserving your Simple Pleasures Party is fast & easy! Give us a call or at 815*975*6605 or email us at HelpfulFolks@SimplePleasuresParties.com, and we'll get a date that works best for you!

How much does it cost to host a party?

Absolutely nothing!

I just bought a product and it doesn't work. How do I get a refund?

Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer refunds. However, every product is battery tested as it reaches our warehouse to ensure it does what it's suppose to. Sometimes products can be a little confusing at first! We've all been there! Please try texting or calling your Pleasure Specialist, our home office at 815*975*6605, or sending us an email at HelpfulFolks@SimplePleasuresParties.com, and someone can help you learn the, er, ins and outs of your new product. If it's still not working, and you've purchased it within 30 days, we will make it right. Depending on the product, we may ask you return yours to us. 

I got my item in person. Why do I have a shipping charge?

Simple Pleasures charges a flat rate shipping charge, regardless how much you order. Whether you get all beauty and pampering items (which are normally heavy), or you purchase $500, your shipping will always be a flat rate. Unlike other companies who charge based on what you spend or always automatically ship to you, we try our best to make sure you get your products as quickly as possible, and, if at a party, same day. However, we have already paid shipping on the items. In order to continue to provide fast delivery in person, and keep the rest of our prices low, everyone pays the same low flat rate shipping. 

My coupon code isn't working! Help!

To make it easier for you, our coupon codes are not case sensitive. Is your coupon code still valid? Double check you're typing it in correctly. Unless it's specific to shipping, coupons will not discount shipping costs. If you're sure it's not expired, and you are typing it in correctly, send us an email at HelpfulFolks@SimplePleasuresParties.com and we'll help you out!

I'm having a benefit. Will Simple Pleasures contribute?

Simple Pleasures is active in the community, and many times have donated items to raise money for charity and benefits. There are some restrictions, and, due to the nature of our products, there are questions about what specifically you'd like. For more information, please contact your Pleasure Specialist (in Northern IL, contact our home office at 815*975*6605).

I'm having a party. Can I invite my guy / girl friends?

Simple Pleasures caters to everyone! We are happy to help you host a Ladies Night, Boys Night, Bachelorette or Bachelor Party (or as we refer to it, a night of Raising Hell Before the Wedding Bells!), Couple's Party, Co-Ed party, or anything else you can think of! Everyone is welcome! We do, however, suggest letting all your guests know ahead of time the type of party you're having, so everyone is comfortable and can have an amazing time!

We're honored you're wanting to become part of our growing family! We are always looking for self motivated individuals who are willing and ready to learn! You don't even need sales experience! How long does it take to get my products?

 There are a couple answers here! If you're hosting a party, or were at a party, it is our goal to leave your ordered products with you. In the instance we have to order products, we ask that you allow us 5 - 7 business days, though it usually does not take that long.

If you've ordered online, and the product is in stock, it only takes a few days. But no worries! We will send you an email to let you know when to expect your new items!

I don't want everyone at my house and my mailman to know what I'm getting...

No worries! We ship in plain brown boxes, and it comes from "Shipping Department." No advertising on the boxes, and, not they're not shaped like penises! And since we care about the environment, your products may come in recycled boxes. No one will ever know what you ordered unless you show them!
